Gary Go - Open Arms (Michael Gray Remix)

A superb little remix from Michael Gray! Brit sensation Gary Go has his vocals stripped from "Open Arms" and repackaged into a very tasty trance-influenced remix. Michael Gray ups the tempo to a crowd-pleasing bpm, while creating an upbeat chord structure that's accented with triplet notation for maximum impact. This successfully creates the desired "hands in the air" effect and Go's vocals fit seamlessly with the modified harmonics. Although Gray essentially keeps the original key structure, overall his tone is warmer and more positive, a departure from the reflective original. A well-crafted reworking.
