Izzi Dunn - T*ts and Ass (Blunt Laser Remix)

We'll call this one T & A ;) West London's Izzi Dunn is a widely experienced performer. Early on she was a session musician for the likes of George Harrison, Natalie Imbruglia and Soul II Soul. And as a cellist (she heads a string section called The Demon Strings) Izzi was hired to tour with artists like Damon Albarn and Mark Ronson. Now, with two album's under her belt, Izzi is a soul musician with some strong productions on the table. But it's the collaborations of Blunt Laser that result in this quite superb remix. Changing the musicality of the original, a fresh and exciting organ motif is brought to the proceedings. This adds a dramatic yet dreamy tone that sits perfectly with Dunn's lyrics. Later the melodies are developed further as new elements are added, like electronic apreggiated phrases and string accompaniments. Overall, a very well crafted track with great energy. Due for release on November 16th.
