David Guetta feat. Kid Cudi - Memories (One Love 2009)
The unstoppable rise of Parisian David Guetta continues. Here, teamed up with rapper Kid Cudi, he delivers a commercially viable slice of piano house. With his distinctive rudimentary accompaniment, Guetta builds a backing consisting of a simple piano chord motif and complimentary string counter-melody. Its simplicity is its strength. Overall, the track's minor in tone but upbeat enough to get the right crowd moving.
