Humate - Love Stimulation (Paul Van Dyk Mix)

Van Dyk's remix of Humate is pretty special. The original version, reminiscent of a classic from many years ago, Jam & Spoon's - Odyssey To Anyoona, builds with emotional string chords and a subtle vocal accessory. Van Dyk leaves a lot of these elements in place opting for a house-tempo reversioning. As with anything Van Dyk touches - his version is shinier, crisper and classier. Overall, it works extremely well.
