Groove Armada - Paper Romance
Groove Armada, aka Brit musicians Andy Cato and Tom Findlay have been making magic for over a decade. This new release from Black Light was world premiered a few weeks ago by Pete Tong and hits the mark once again. As with their last release, what's special is Groove Armada's ability to perfectly translate nostalgic feelings into music. They can conjure an atmosphere with their use of retrospective instrumentation, thoughtful lyrics and reflective chord structures that takes the listener out of reality. Not an easy thing to do. Here's to Groove Armada! The new video featured here is also impressive.
