Junior Boys - Hazel (Ewan Pearson's House Mix)

Ewan Pearson's technically perfect take on the Junior Boys. There's a gradual progression to this track that's skillfully implemented. A simple repeated bassline remains constant throughout, as increasingly complex layers of instrumentation are added gradually. Particularly interesting are the high-frequency layers of melody, coupled with vocals and the twinkling bell-like samples. The production throughout is also flawless, with each individual sound remaining crisp and perfectly defined while maximum intensity is maintained. Great remix.
